I started Mariposa Massage in October of 2016 to be able to offer a holistic alternative for pain management and rehabilitation.

My focus is on therapeutic massage with a more clinical mindset rather than a spa-type massage setting. My objective is to work with every client's body, soul, and spirit to make a difference in every aspect. Living with chronic pain can be very debilitating and my intention is to help improve quality of life with each opportunity.

I am currently looking for 4 massage therapist to join our award winning team in Helena Montana and 1 in Lewistown Montana.

Working at Mariposa Massage, in an environment with other massage therapists, was a wonderful way for me to further my career as a massage therapist. Job Description & Details

Mariposa Massage, an evidence-based, results focused massage clinic with two locations Helena & Lewistown, Montana, has openings for 5 additional massage therapists on our team.

This is a turn-key opportunity and comes with everything you need to be successful.

We are looking for therapists who are passionate about helping people, reliable, able to work independently, as well as, work well within a team, and are excited to work in a busy clinic.

Mariposa Massage does the marketing, provides all supplies needed, front desk help, and additional staff to help with the laundry and cleaning. We work with a wide range of clients with many different treatment concerns.

We employ therapists who are trained in various modalities such as deep tissue, MFR, NMT, cupping, sports, prenatal, as well as a familiarity with the use of essential oils and hot rocks, preferred, but not required. Education and training in these areas preferred, but willing to work with and train the right candidates who we believe would make a great addition to our team. A GREAT opportunity for someone just graduating or starting out!

Your massage license must be current and active (not suspended) with the State of Montana. Our clinic requires a 30-minute flip time between our clients to ensure proper cleaning and disinfecting, along with time for SOAP charting.

Pay is based on experience and includes tips + bonuses and occasional add-on pay. Other benefits include employee discounts, and the ability to receive group rates for supplemental health insurance with Aflac.

A flexible schedule is something we work with each therapist on, as well as time off as needed. Full time therapists are required to do a minimum of 15 massages per week, 18-20 preferred.

Part time therapists are required to do 10-12 massages per week. We are expanding our hours of operation to be open 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday – Friday and 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM on Saturday and 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM on Sunday.

Varying days and times are available and will be discussed at your interview.
